Who we are

Dick Duff spent countless hours trimming, marinating, racking, and drying, perfecting his methods and flavours. When his friends and neighbours tasted the results, they started lining up in droves.

Over the years, several businesses offered to buy his recipes, but Dick steadfastly refused. Then, in 2015, Jeremy and Jonathan Anderson approached him. The brothers got hooked on his jerky when they were boys. Now entrepreneurs, they wanted to help him reach a wider audience – with a partnership that put him in control of the product.

 

What we do
Our cattle is raised sustainably without the use of GMOs, pesticides, added hormones, or antibiotics. So when you choose Dick Duff’s, you’re choosing a jerky that’s good for you – and for the planet!

Dick’s marinades bring out the best in our beef, infusing each strip of jerky with flavours that slowly reveal themselves through the entire chew. Discover your favourite: Red Wine & Rosemary, Sweet Chipotle or Dijon Mustard. And forget nitrates, MSG or synthetic flavourings. At Dick Duff’s, we use only natural ingredients.

We take the leanest cuts and slice them a fraction of an inch thick, cutting with the grain for an authentic, rip-and-chew texture – never soft, never mealy.
