Who we are
Catelyn and Amber are the founders of Eat Me Ice Cream. These longtime creative soulmates hail from the flat basin of the Great Lakes. From the smoldering ruins of Kodak and a post-industrial food system, Eat Me Ice Cream was born as an antidote to the flat, plastic food they grew up eating. They wanted to create an ice cream company inspired by the spirit of discovery, play, and imagination to reconnect tongues to real ingredients, flavor and taste experiences. Eat Me ice cream creates fresh plant based ice cream that nourishes your senses and the planet.

What we do
The coconuts they source are non-gmo certified and are full with pure milk with no water added or made from a concentrate. Coconut milk provides healthy essential fat, nutrients and the creamy texture to their ice cream. Coconut milk is very infusible because of it’s rich fatty quality and therefore they are able to produce a full flavor experience without any of the fake coconut flavor.

Bringing more plants to the table is not only good for you, but good for the planet. Eating plants requires fewer resources, from energy to water, than a standard meat-heavy diet. Eat Me Ice Cream is e a 100% vegan company.
