Farm2me is hiring! We offer an educational internship program that enlists participants to help document the food web AND we are in search of a full time operations, sales, marketing, front end developer and a back end developer, to join the team.
1. Part-Time / Flex Delivery Drivers (Home Delivery):
As a Part-time or Flex Delivery Driver, you are the face of the company. Being the last point of contact for our customers, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our local groceries are delivered to customers with great care and in a timely manner. You will drive to and from customers’ homes, delivering their orders and collecting any materials they return. Your transportation team will support and help you whenever needed. Your work puts great, local food in our customer’s homes.
*ATTENTION FLEX DRIVERS*
- Choose to drive when you want!
- All flex drivers must work a minimum of two Sundays or Mondays a month, our busiest days of the week, to maintain their drive status with Farm2Me.
- You will be able to pick up additional shifts.
Everyone Will:
- Provide great service to our customers while delivering local groceries.
- Use your personal vehicle 60 – 80% of the time. Must be reliable, clean, well-maintained, year 2006 or new to with a capacity to carry up to 24 medium size boxes (4 door sedan or larger preferred).
- Maintain on-time delivery and accuracy rate
- Comfortable using mobile technology for routing

2. Warehouse Associate:
As an Operations Associate, you’ll work collaboratively with a fun and vibrant corporate team to prepare and/or package top quality produce! You’ll have a range of other duties that help get great local food to our customers, detailed below.
Our warehouse is operational 24/7 Monday – Sunday. We are looking for people to fill shifts for morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts.
This position pays $16-17 per hour. We also offer great health, dental, and vision care benefits for full-time employees (30 hours per week or more) and dependents. We’re also proud to offer stock options to employees working 20 or more hours per week!

Everyone Will:
As a Pick Associate, you are the heart of the company because you fulfill customer orders. You will work primarily on your own, walking our warehouse, refrigerator and freezer, collecting the items customers order. Your team will support you and help whenever needed. Your work puts great, local food in our customer’s homes.
• Pick orders working against team set deadlines.
• Use technology to read and pick orders.
• Pack groceries and the like.
• Comfortably lift 30 – 50 pounds.
• Push or pull racks filled with grocery orders.
• Champion accuracy in everything you do.
Who are we looking for?
You are able to work weekends as a permanent part of your schedule.

• You are comfortable in walk-in coolers and freezers (temperatures as low as -10°F), not for long periods of time, but continuously in and out.
• Ability to walk up to 10mi. per shift.

3. Sales Director (B2B):
You’ll work with small farms, food artisans, and local food organizations growing brands in the local food space, managing local food clients and helping them grow their brand to a larger size. You’ll have a chance to establish relationships with the local food system and strength your involvement in your local food communities. You will use Farm2Me’s organic approach to increase the size of the program.
* You’ll help us build our Social Brand Dev program to work toward fulfilling our mission of growing local food economies worldwide.
* Your skills will be utilized in a collaborative and independent fashion.
* Is a strong manager with deep experience and understanding of local food systems.
* Possesses good knowledge in sales – hands on, in buying and sale-through process.
* Has experience in community building, or leadership!
* Is experienced in marketing new brands, or if not, wants to learn!
* Has professionally worked with web apps, social apps, or web services.
* Has done true end-to-end sales.
4. Sustainable Picnic / Event Director:
You’ll work with small farms, food artisans and farmers markets curating weekly menus , managing orders and items on the picnic menu platform. You’ll have a chance to establish relationships with the local food system and strength your involvement in your local food communities. You will use organic marketing to increase the size of the program.
* You’ll help us build our EatLocal picnic program to work toward fulfilling our mission of growing local food economies worldwide.
* Your skills will be utilized in a collaborative and independent fashion.
* Is a strong manager with deep experience in urban farming and local food systems.
* Possesses good knowledge in sales – hands on, in buying and sale-through process.
* Has experience in community building, or leadership!
* Is experienced in marketing new brands, or if not, wants to learn!.
* Has professionally worked on web apps, mobile apps, or web services.
* Has done true end-to-end sales.
5. Ambassador Description:
You’ll work with small farms, food artisans and farmers markets documenting growing practices and taking photos and videos. You’ll have a chance to publish stories to our blog and get involved in your local food communities.

6. Graphic Design / Interactive Lead

We’re looking for an talented Interaction Designer to join our world-class team. The role encourages collaboration across disciplines from design, engineering, marketing, operations and community care. Your team will include the designers we bring in together with varied specialties in graphic design, industrial design, interaction design and branding.

Collaboration
We work independently and as a group – providing support for individual projects and also collaborating on larger ones. We participate in weekly design critiques to inspire feedback and give opportunities to contribute to each other’s work.

- Projects related to the website, mobile apps and operational tools

- You have a solid academic background in a related field and relevant industry experience
