As you should know as a kid all you ever wanted to eat was sweets and burgers with delicious fries dipped in ketchup, or maybe you were that ranch dressing kid. Whenever you would happen to be at a fancy restaurant you might have been concerned because they might not have your favorite side dish… French Fries! Most of the time you never got the answer you wanted when you asked for a side of fries, but they would say something like “We have sweet potato fries! SWEET POTATO FRIES? WHAT KIND OF SICK JOKE IS THIS?!

To be honest #tbh I never really wanted to try sweet potato fries when I was younger but growing older and learning how to cook, I realized that Sweet Potato Fries are not just delicious and healthier than regular fries but if you make them just right they are even better than regular fries. I know what you might be thinking “How could there possibly be anything better than regular french fries?

Not only are sweet potato fries healthier than regular fries but these are baked instead of fried, which makes them a healthier alternative. Even if you are a ranch kid you would have to be worried, sweet potato fries taste amazing with ranch and ketchup just like regular fries.
