Who we are

Ktonic Kombucha started as an idea centered around the premise of making tea and crafting that into a fermented beverage. For years, Greg Goodman worked to develop kombucha that achieved a perfect balance of fermentation, sweetness and flavor. He wasn’t shy about turning to a flavor profile that included herbaceous and earthy as well as sweet and tangy. Together with brother-in-law Bryan Schmitz, KTonic Kombucha was created, based on the premise of providing the best craft kombucha possible.

What we do
K Tonic focuses on making delicious tea, into kombucha. They ferment the tea, never extra juice to compromise the existing flavors and freshness. Their promise is to make the best kombucha tea with the lowest sugar possible. Think: Real ingredients like berries and fruits that they include in the actual brewing process, so there are no added flavors needed.
