About Us

Greg Unger is a 4th generation farmer, born and raised on the Unger Farms property. Through the years, he has worked alongside his parents and siblings to help grow the business and promote the Unger Farms mission of providing the highest quality produce for our community. Greg believes in growing and preserving the land through sustainable farming practices and operations. His passion lies in evaluating the quality of the plants and finding new methods or practices that better the end product for our customers.

Kara Unger brings over 8 years of experience of corporate real estate and operations management. She graduated from Baylor University where she dual majored in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Kara started working at farmer’s markets when the couple first dated in high school and loves creating positive experiences for customers, employees, and anyone involved with Unger Farms.

Together, they look forward to continuing the family business and creating new experiences for customers and the community.
