Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Balsamic Caramelized Onions
Ingredients
2 tbsp of Eat This Yum! Balsamic Caramelized onions
1 tbs of olive oil
1 bag of Brussels sprouts, washed and sliced in half
1 pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash and slice Brussels sprouts in half. Mix Brussels with 2 tbsp of olive oil and a pinch of salt inn a bowl, make sure to evenly coat the Brussels. Spread evenly on a lined baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. For an added crisp, turn the broiler on high for 2 minutes at the end of the roasting. Spread Eat This Yum! Balsamic Caramelized Onions and toss in a bowl and serve
