Amrita Health Foods was started in 2012, based on my son’s journey with autism and my discovery of how food was a major enabler in gastro intestinal recovery which in turn helped my son accelerate his recovery from autism.

 

We use the same philosophy in all our products – clean low inflammation nutrition, mostly cold pressed with no preservatives to keep enzyme activity high.   We make our products ourselves in our factory in Bridgeport, CT.  Our hiring process is around “inclusion” –  especially providing employment to immigrants, refugees and people with developmental disability.
