Fly By Jing’s first & only 100% all-natural Sichuan chili sauce, proudly crafted in Chengdu. It’s hot, spicy, crispy, numbing and deliciously savory. The “Fly” in the brand name refers to the hole-in-the-wall restaurants that are so popular in Chengdu that they attract people like flies and “Jing” refers to Jing’s birth name that she recently reclaimed after going by Jenny for most of her life.

Who we are
Jing founded Fly By Jing in 2018, inspired by the amazing flavors of her hometown Chengdu and its famous fly restaurants— soulful hole-in-the-wall eateries, so good they attract diners like flies.
