Claudia and Ted co-founded Pastificio Boulder in 2018, out of the desire of playing a role in changing the current food system in America.
Pastificio Boulder is a craft pasta company, creating amazingly flavorful and nutritious fresh pastas from 100% whole grain flour which is milled fresh and in-house daily from organic, heritage wheats and other specialty grains. They source their grains and gluten-free ingredients, locally.
