Nuts for Nut Butter (In A Healthful Way)

Nut Butter

I love food that fuels my lifestyle. It nourishes me both mentally and physically. It helps me perform my best both on a professional level, but also on an athletic one. My favorite fuel is most definitely nut butter. I am completely addicted to it and ALWAYS have one heaping spoonful of it a day.

Nut Butter… on smoothies, oatmeal, protein pancakes, and even by the spoonful.”

 

One of the brands that fuels my lifestyle, but also supports me, is my favorite brand Nuttzo. I put it on everything…smoothies, oatmeal, protein pancakes, and even by the spoonful (which sometimes is my favorite).

One of my favorite recipes using nut butter is:

1 cup cooked steel cut oats
1 sliced banana
1/2 T chia seeds
Vanilla + Cinnamon
“Almost” empty Nuttzo jar

Simple, easy, healthy, and so delicious! I eat a lot of healthy fats, but nut butter is one that like I said is a staple in my everyday eats.
